On Wednesday it was announced that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration would be suspending the vaccine mandate put into place by the Biden administration.
The decision was made after the U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit paused the mandate.
OSHA suspended their efforts after the court ordered them to not take steps that would implement or enforce the mandate.
The appeals court was chosen at random using ping pong balls.
Michigan Congressman John Moolenaar shared that President Joe Biden’s mandate was unconstitutional and an overreach. He added that is also harms already struggling businesses.
