Henry Bickel has defeated Timothy Bush for a seat on the Tyre Town Board.
He had a one vote lead heading into absentee counts.
Now, after those votes were counted – Bickel came out victorious.
Still the win was only by four votes.
Bickel secured 134 ballots to Bush’s 130.
Reginald Acute won another term on the board, as well. He was an incumbent.
