Three juvenile offenders were taken into custody after stealing the wheelchair of a 78-year-old Penn Yan resident.
Police say they used surveillance video footage to find the three before interviews were conducted.
The three admitted to stealing the wheelchair from the man, who was handicapped, according to police.
The three will appear in family court.
