Supply chain issues and inflation are closing small businesses everywhere

Small businesses are suffering as cargo ships remain stranded off the coast and the cost of goods continues to rise at a rapid rate.

With the holiday season approaching, people expect to see the prices of toys and other gifts drastically increase. It isn’t just stores that are suffering though.

Restaurants are finding themselves struggling to make ends meet as well. Prices are increasing, maintaining employment is hard, and even obtaining necessary products on the menu is not guaranteed.

Not only are small businesses struggling, but bigger businesses and chains are as well.

There may come a time where a lot of independently owned businesses will shut down. There does not appear to be an end in sight for inflation or supply chain issues, and many just can’t find a way to make it work.
