The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 35-year-old following a dispute that occurred on Thursday.
According to police, James Dyer, 35, of Seneca Falls subjected a woman to unwanted physical contact by pushing her, and making threats of serious physical injury.
The threats caused the victim to fear for her life. It was also determined that Dyer violated an active court order during the incident.
He was charged with felony contempt, misdemeanor menacing, and harassment as a violation.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
