The Seneca Falls Police Department charged two local residents following a vehicle theft that took place on March 31, 2021.
On Friday, October 15th police arrested Angela Hodges, 37, of Seneca Falls for falsely reporting an incident, two counts of making a false written statement, and conspiracy.
On Monday, October 18 police arrested Scott Hodges, 28, of Savannah for making a false written statement and conspiracy.
Both were released on an appearance ticket and will appear on December 2, 2021 in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charges.
