Waterloo Volley for a Cure event raises $3,000

On Saturday, Waterloo High School held their annual “Waterloo Volley for a Cure” volleyball scrimmage tournament which was formerly known as Dig Pink. The first event started back in 2009 – last year Waterloo HS was unable to host due to the pandemic. Waterloo’s Athletic Director Christal Kent was proud to announce that this year’s event made over $3,000 to donate to Thrive to Survive (Thrive To Survive) and local Waterloo families who are battling cancer.
