A mother and son pair that were involved in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6 saw a judge Thursday.
Rafael and Maryann Mooney-Rondon were both released with a number of conditions to follow.
They’re facing federal charges including their involvement in stealing Nancy Pelosi’s laptop.
Rafael is required to undergo drug testing and treatment, while both he and Maryann may not possess firearms.
Neither may go near Washington D.C. and cannot travel without permission. They may not leave the country.
