The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 20-year-old following a domestic dispute.
Police responded to a report of a female screaming at a local resident. Upon arrival they found Wanya King, 20, of Seneca Falls in the presence of a person whom he was not to have contact with due to court order.
King then attempted to prevent police from arresting him by physically resisting their efforts.
Police eventually took King into custody. He was charged with contempt, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration. He was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
