Maa’s Diner in Webster is shutting down due to pandemic challenges

A popular Webster diner is shutting its doors for good.

Maa’s Diner, located on Empire Blvd. in Webster says it will close at the end of the month. The coronavirus pandemic was blamed for the closure.

“The Maa’s Family has not come to this decision easily, and we would like to thank you all for the support these last eight years,” owners said on Facebook. “We will miss all of our loving and supportive customers and value the time we were able to share with you all.”

The diner serves breakfast and lunch. It opened in 2013. Until the end of the month, the restaurant will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
