A woman appears to be the victim of vandalism and hate speech in Rome.

On Wednesday, Rome Police responded to a criminal mischief complaint and found three vehicles had been spray painted on West Thomas Street.

While investigating they also found that a garage had been spray painted with hate speech on Howland Avenue before the cars.

The language was derogatory with racial slurs.
