An Amish buggy was involved in a crash Friday night in the Town of Lebanon in Madison County.

On Oct. 8 Deputies responded to the crash around 6 p.m.

A KIA driven by Madison Mae Davis, 19, of South Otselic, was traveling westbound on Lebanon Road when she struck a horse-drawn Amish buggy that was also traveling westbound on Lebanon Road.

The buggy had 4 people in it: a 22-year-old male, a 27-year-old female, and two children, ages 2 and 1.

All four individuals were ejected from the buggy. They were transported to Upstate University for further evaluation.

Davis was taken to Community Memorial Hospital for further evaluation and later released.
