A Bloomfield woman has been arrested for driving while under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.
On Oct. 4 around 2:39 p.m. an Ontario County Deputy witnessed a vehicle make an improper left turn from Yerkes Road onto State Route 332.
The vehicle was stopped and it was determined Kay Sackett, 62, of Bloomfield, was operating the vehicle in an impaired condition.
Sackett was arrested for DWI, DWAI, and DWAI combined alcohol and drugs.
She was transported by Canandaigua Emergency Squad to F.F. Thompson Hospital for an unrelated medical concern.
After consenting to a blood test she was released and will answer to the charges at a later date.
