A Penn Yan woman was arrested following a complaint from a local business.
Ashley Zorkos, 33, of Penn Yan, was arrested by Penn Yan police after a local business called to report an issue.
Police arrived and during the investigation asked Zorkos to leave the building multiple times, to which she refused.
Zorkos was arrested and released on an appearance ticket.
