Rochester man found unresponsive in Victor store parking lot

Deputies say first responders rendered medical aid to a Rochester driver at the Raymour and Flanigan store in Victor over the weekend after an unresponsive male report to 911.

Upon arrival deputies located the man, identified as Iliya Natyazhko, 27, of Rochester.




Upon further investigation it was determined that he operated the vehicle in an impaired state. As result, he was charged with driving while ability impaired.

Deputies said Natyashko was transported to Thompson Hospital for further treatment.
