“Celebrate Cascade” festival will take place Sunday at Cascade Falls, near the Dresden trailhead on the Keuka Outlet Trail.
The event will begin with a half marathon 10K race followed by various outdoor activities, including live music, a cornhole competition, food, vendors, and a chicken barbecue.
The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. and requires advanced registration at https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/PennYan/KuekaOutletTrailHalfMarathon10K.
Soul Section music will play from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Chicken barbecues will be sold from 11 a.m. until sold out. $12 advance tickets can be purchased at www.keukaoutlettrail.org/celebrate and the dinners are $15 the day of.
The Game of Throws corn hole tournament will be 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a $10 entry fee. Winners will receive a prize packet.
A food market and vendor fair will be 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and have Seneca Farms Creamery, Lavender Crest Farm, the Primitive Garden Shop, Black Oak Wool Co., Keuka by Crissy-The Art Studio, and Spellcraft Woodworks Hand Made Gifts.
There is a shuttle service available from the Elm Street sports complex in Penn Yan to the event provided by Keuka Taxi due to the limited parking at the area of the event.
