The New York State Public High School Athletic Association has released a memo with guidance from the state on student athletes and mask wearing.
The mandate states that anyone indoors needs to be wearing a mask regardless of their vaccination status, including visitors.

If athletes cannot wear masks with a 6 foot distance then they should not participate.
He also said he wished students with medical conditions, like exercise induced asthma, were taken into consideration.
