OSHA is working quietly to draft the requirement to be vaccinated put into place by President Joe Biden

Following President Joe Biden’s massive vaccine mandate, people have been waiting to hear the finer details from the labor department.

Once the mandate goes into effect, over 100 million Americans will be made to get the vaccine.

Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will be responsible for drafting the rule, but with some businesses planning to challenge the mandate in court, that may make it harder.

OSHA has been working on a draft of the rule, and it includes the need for the mandate to protect employees against grave danger COVID-19 can cause.

The administration knows the rule will be picked apart, so they are quietly and carefully creating the rule.

A small business advocacy group called the Job Creators Network plans to file a lawsuit and block the OSHA ruling when it comes out.

The overall worry for these businesses fighting the mandate isn’t just the enforcing of the vaccination, but the consequences of losing employees.
