A Webster man was arrested by Seneca County deputies following an incident where property was damaged.
On Sept. 18, Seneca Falls Sheriff’s Office responded to the report at business in the town of Tyre.
On arrival, police believed the suspect had damaged property belonging to the business, but upon investigation learned it was property belonging to someone else.
They arrested Gianni Quattrociocchi, 54, of Webster, and charged him with criminal mischief in the 4th degree.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Tyre Court at a later date.
