It’s Real: Teens and Mental Health, is a 45-minute presentation to help educate teenagers on mental health and provide resources.
The event is Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, 2221 River Road, in Seneca Falls.

The program is geared toward kids between the ages of 14 and 18 and focuses on what mental health is, noticing signs, supporting others, and self-care.
There will be a session following this one for parents from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. called More Than Sad which helps parents recognize signs of depression and other mental health problems, as well as how to talk to their child and get them help.
