After 9/11 happened, many people have never stopped wondering how terrorism has changed, and what could possibly happen next.
Victor Asal, the co-director of the Project on Violent Conflict, said terrorism goes up and down.
He added that the climate seems to be going more in the direction of domestic terrorism with right-wing extremists and racists within America.
Asal said that New York City will never not be a target for terrorism.
