Bath resident sentenced to ten years in prison following second child pornography charge

A man who was identified as being involved in an ongoing child pornography incident has been sentenced to ten years in prison.

Charles Augrom, 35, of Bath, was convicted of possession of child pornography after being convicted for the same thing in January of 2021.




He is now a level 3 sex offender in the state of New York.

The first conviction came when in December of 2020, his electronic items were seized and he had over 600 images of child pornography.
