A pair of Sodus men have been arrested after attacking a vehicle with an axe and AK-47.
Deputies say [REDACTED],19 and [REDACTED], 18, both Sodus residents, were arrested on September 3 after an investigation into a disturbance.
It happened in the village of Sodus, according to a news release, which indicated that [REDACTED] fired at an occupied vehicle with an AK-47 while [REDACTED] used an axe to strike the same individual and vehicle.
Both were charged with felony assault, criminal mischief, and menacing. [REDACTED] was also charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of weapon — two classes and counts — as well as [REDACTED] facing a reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon charge.
The charges will all be answered at a later date in local court.
