Rochester Red Wings swept by Worcester

The Worcester Red Sox completed a six-game sweep of the Red Wings with a 2-1 win Sunday afternoon at Frontier Field.

Rochester’s lone run came from a Victor Robles solo shot in the first inning. Robles had two of the Wings’ three hits on the afternoon.

Reigning Triple-A East Pitcher of the Month, Ben Braymer, made the start for the Red Wings and suffered the loss allowing two runs on six hits and three walks in five innings.

After an off day Monday, the Wings start a six-game road trip in Scranton on Tuesday evening.
