A new holiday exhibit is being planned at the Cayuga Museum of History and Art for this year.
The museum is looking for stories and loaned objects for the exhibit.
The title is Festivity and Family: Memory Through Tradition. The exhibit will look at all the ways different cultures and religions celebrate the holiday season in Cayuga County.
This exhibit is part 3 of the Memory Project and will run from Nov. 27 through Dec. 30.
The project looks at how museums work as a way for communities to preserve their memories.
The first two parts focused on photography and big news events.
The museum is seeking stories about holidays and items from people that remind them of the holidays.
