Deputies report the arrest of a Rochester man following a suspicious condition complaint on State Route 96 in the town of Victor.
According to a news release, James Haines Jr., 45, of Rochester ran out of gas on Route 96 and was found to have operated his vehicle while in possession of a revoked license. It was also discovered that he was operating the vehicle at the time while under the influence of drugs.
Haines was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, as a felony, as well as driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was issued a number of other citations, too.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
