Extending the eviction moratorium to the end of October is a possibility for Americans

Thursday the Supreme Court decided to allow evictions to begin again and 3 million American are expected to be impacted.

The findings were that the CDC didn’t have the authority to extend a moratorium without approval from Congress.

The eviction ban is expiring Tuesday, but there is a chance lawmakers may extend it to the end of October.
