Former Governor Andrew is leaving office with $18 million in his campaign account.
His options for use are limited and he says he does not plan to pursue office again.
One of the things he can do is use the money for a legal defense as he faces various investigations.
Just a couple include the investigation led by Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple regarding the inappropriate touching of an aide in the Executive Mansion, and the investigation into the handling of nursing home deaths by his administration.
Money can also be used for car repair, office rent for campaign use, or meals, country club admission and sport events.
