Police say a Seneca Falls man who was recently taken into custody after shoplifting at a local convenience store was arrested a second time for doing it again.
On Monday around 12:50 p.m. police arrested Michael Omalley, 37, of Seneca Falls. He was observed by an employee placing merchandise in his pocket, passing all points of sale and not paying for the items.
He was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
