Some people in attendance have said not everyone is choosing to follow the rules.
Jerry Peptis of Sherburne says it’s about half and half.
The Fair Director, Troy Waffner, has said that the guidelines can’t be enforced 100% of the time due to the large amount of people, but that most are following the rules.
As far as following them, a gentle reminder may be given to those not following the rules.
