Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that from August 13 to August 15, 2021, deputies arrested the following three persons for Driving While Intoxicated:
August 13, 2021, James J. Patrick, age 47, of Campbell, following a traffic stop on Tannery Road, Campbell, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Patrick operated a commercial motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and failed to keep right on a roadway.
Mr. Patrick was charged with Fail to Keep Right, Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated; Commercial Vehicle.
Mr. Patrick was released on traffic summons to appear in the Town of Campbell Court at a later date.
August 14, 2021, Thomas C. Zeltwanger, age 64, of Hornell, following an investigation of a two vehicle crash on Maple Street, Canisteo. It is alleged that Mr. Zeltwanger operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and backed unsafely.
Mr. Zeltwanger was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unsafe Backing.
Mr. Zeltwanger was released on traffic summons to appear in the Canisteo Village Court at a later date.
August 15, 2021, Markus A. Coleman-Jackson, age 27, Buffalo, following an investigation of a vehicle crash with a fixed object on State Route 36 in Hornell. It is alleged that Mr. Coleman-Jackson operated a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and moved from his lane unsafely.
Mr. Coleman-Jackson was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Moved from Lane Unsafely.
Mr. Coleman-Jackson was released on traffic summons to appear in the Town of Hornellsville Court at a later date.
