The Colloca Estate Winery has doubled the size of its vineyard after adding over 13 acres of additional vines.
The expansion adds Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cab Franc and Pinot Gris.
A six course Summer Wine Pairing Dinner will be prepared on Sept. 2 by Executive Chef Emil Nymander in celebration of the expansion and attendance is limited to 100 people.
