State police said late-Tuesday that the situation that prompted a large law enforcement presence during the morning and afternoon hours at the Manchester Inn had come to an end.
Around 9:30 a.m. state police responded to the Manchester Inn for a despondent individual. Around 5:20 p.m. they announced that the situation has been resolved.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Department, Finger Lakes Ambulance, and the Citizens Hose Company, assisted the State Police with the investigation.
No additional information was immediately available. However, police said that there was no risk to the public’s safety.
