Sunday morning police responded to the report of a fight in the parking lot of a Watkins Glen business involving a handgun.
According to police, dozens of people were in the parking lot screaming and yelling while police tried locating the individual with the gun.
He was found at a nearby gas station.
Tyler Vancise, 21, of Corning, admitted to police he chad a loaded .45 caliber handgun in his pocket.
He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon. He also has a prior felony DWI from within the last ten years.
Vancise was taken to Schuyler County Jail and additional arrests into the altercation are pending.
