The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old following an altercation.
Police arrested Christopher Hawley, 29, of Penn Yan after an incident of physical harassment at a local establishment.
Police say he subjected a female victim to unwanted physical contact- and shoved her against a railing multiple times.
He was charged with harassment and issued a criminal summons.
