After it was announced that the state would not issue guidance for schools to reopen, Rochester City School District put out their own.
The guidelines they set are the same as the CDC’s recently released suggestions.
Students and staff will need to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status when inside and on buses.
Social distancing will happen inside and students and staff need to check themselves for symptoms before coming to school.
Rochester City School District will begin school September 8 and students with approved medical exams will continue remotely.
