A car accident near Caughdenoy Links Golf Course in the Town of Hastings resulted in a fatality Wednesday night.
Deputies found 56-year-old Douglas Rice inside the 2015 Nissan that was overturned on Route 33 at 8:42 p.m.
Deputies believe Rice was northbound and went off the road before hitting an embankment and flipping his car several times.
Rice was pronounced dead at the scene and the accident is under investigation.
