Crisis Services clinical operations officer, Robyn Wiktorski-Reynolds says that the findings released by New York Attorney General Letitia James investigation are a step in the right direct for survivors of sexual harassment.
After years of dealing with how these situations are handled, Wiktorski-Reynolds says that accountability coming from such a high level shows that the behavior is absolutely not okay.
Wiktorski-Reynolds says all parts of the conversation surrounding sexual assault are important to have because survivors watching this unfold may be feeling triggered by their own trauma.
She says one way to continue the prevention of this happening is to call the behavior out as it occurs.
