Police arrested a Dundee man following an investigation into a complaint made in late-June.
On June 15 police received an unsubstantiated allegation against Brian Hullings, 45, of Dundee which led to additional investigation.
Police learned that Hullings violated a court order by having contact with a protected party.
He was convicted of second-degree criminal contempt after a previous incident, which elevated the most-recent charge to a felony count of criminal contempt.
He was taken into custody and processed. The new felony charge will be answered at a later date.
