The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce will host an informational session on Medicare Tuesday, August 10 from 10:00am to 11:00 am at the Chamber office (1 West Main Street, Waterloo). The meeting will also be available for remote attendance through the Zoom platform.
The session is intended to help educate individuals about the basics of Medicare. It will be especially helpful for those that will soon turn age 65 or intend to sign-up for the first time. Among the topics to be covered:
- What is Medicare and what does it cover
- When can I sign up for Medicare
- What do I need to do to sign up for Medicare
- How to choose a Medicare Plan that best suits your needs
Space is limited for in-person seating. Assistance is also available for those with special needs by contacting the Chamber.
