A man that worked as a substitute teacher for Dansville Central School District is charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child.
State police received a cyber tip on Derek Hagen, 29, of Mt. Morris.
The tip came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Internet Crimes Against Children task force. That led them to search his electronic devices at his home.
After find images of child porn relating to child exploitation, he was arrested and later released on an appearance ticket.
State Police have been working with the school district and do not believe any students were involved.
Hagen is no longer employed for the school district and is due back in court next month.
