It is not clear yet if masks are going to be a requirement in the Rochester area.

A parent in Greece, Stefanie Arnold, stated that masks are a “no-go.”

When discussing school plans for the fall, Greece Central School District parents said they did not want to send their kids to school in masks.

Parent, Ashley Bapst said that the children are not the spreaders and the putting a “muzzle on them” is not okay.

Greece Superintendent Kathleen Graupman stated people will be unhappy no matter what happens.

Michael Mendoza, Monroe County Public Health Commissioner, stated it’s just too early for new measures to be mandated.
