Sean Nolin (3-3) suffered the loss for Rochester allowing three runs on five hits and three walks in 4 2/3 innings.
The RailRiders hit homers off Nolin in the second and third innings to take a 3-0 lead after three innings.
Rochester’s lone run came on an RBI groundout by Rafael Bautista in the eighth inning.
Jake Noll was the only Wings hitter with multiple base hits.
The Wings wrap up their 13 game road trip on Sunday afternoon before returning the Flower City for a 12-game homestand on Tuesday night.
