The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Farmington man following a burglary investigation, which started on July 6.
Police say Sean Harloff, 31, of Farmington was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny.
It’s alleged that on July 6 around 7:15 a.m. Harloff burglarized a residence within the city, stole a vehicle parked inside the garage, then fled the scene when confronted by the homeowner.
After an extensive multi-agency investigation- Harloff was located and arrested in Monroe County. He’s accused of committing several similar crimes there.
He was arraigned and additional charges are pending, police said.
