Jeff and Wendy Gifford have been chosen as recipients of the Donald and Corrine Stork Award, an award given for community service by Keuka College.
Jeff and Wendy were nominated for their contributions to their community.
Jeff is the president and CEO of Birkett Mills and a basketball coach for Prattsburgh. He’s a part of the Section Five Boys Basketball Committee and devotes time and energy into helping kids through sports.
Wendy worked as a nurse manager in Geneva for their Family Birth Center as well as a school nurse for Prattsburgh. She is retired now but volunteers for both Keuka Comfort Care Home and at various Covid-19 vaccination clinics locally.
The award will be given to the couple on December 16 of this year.
