Deputies report the arrest of a Clyde man following an investigation into a property damage crash that happened on Lake Road in the town of Sodus.
Bradley Doyle, 34, of Clyde was operating a vehicle at a high rate of speed on Lake Road when he lost control of it due to weather conditions.
Doyle’s vehicle left the roadway- striking a fire hydrant, then traveling through an apple orchard- causing damage to numerous trees before coming to rest.
Deputies say there were three children in the car at the time of the crash- and after investigation- Doyle was found to be intoxicated.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law- making it a felony, as well as other violations.
