The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion woman following an investigation into a domestic incident that happened in Williamson.
On Tuesday at 1:35 a.m. deputies arrested Allie Hayes, 20, of Marion for obstructing governmental administration.
It’s alleged that Hayes was physically resistant to a deputy while he was attempting to take her into custody.
Deputies say this led to the officer deploying OC spray on Hayes in order to take her into custody.
She was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charge at a later date.
