The Seneca Falls Police Department says a local driver faces felony charges after a two-car crash on Wednesday.
Around 6:27 p.m. police arrested Precious L. Reukauf, 35, of Seneca Falls following a two-car crash on East Bayard Street near Courtney Drive.
Reukauf was traveling westbound on East Bayard Street when she failed to keep right, crossing the center line causing a crash with a vehicle traveling eastbound. Her vehicle continued through the ditch striking a sign.
Police say no injuries were sustained in the crash. However, during the investigation it was determined that Reukauf was operating her vehicle while intoxicated.
She was charged with failure to keep right, a violation; driving while intoxicated; driving with 0.08% or more BAC; and driving with 0.18% or more BAC, all class E felonies due to a prior DWI conviction in 2013.
Reukauf was processed and released on an appearance ticket scheduling her to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
