One person was hospitalized and charged with DWI following a crash in Ontario County.
Deputies say they responded to Leet Road between Number Nine Road and County Road 5 in the town of Seneca for a single-car crash around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The driver, identified as 46-year-old Carrie Young, of Gates, was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by ambulance for a leg injury.
She was helped out of the vehicle by first responders due to smoke filling up the vehicle.
Following investigation, Young was charged with driving while intoxicated as a felony due to a previous conviction in the last ten years. She was also charged with driving without a license- due to an active revocation.
The Stanley Fire Department and Stanley-Hall-Gorham Ambulance assisted at the scene.
