State police say they are continuing to investigate a fatal crash that happened over the weekend in the town of Manchester along the New York State Thruway.
On Saturday at approximately 11:09 a.m., state police responded to a one-car fatal crash in the eastbound lanes of the Thruway in the town of Manchester.
Troopers say the operator, Jane Grein, 59, of Churchville was killed when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway and struck a concrete support for the Exit 43 bridge over the road.
State Police believe a medical event may have been a factor and the investigation is continuing.
